Temperatures are on the increase starting today. Happy Wednesday, North Carolina! Areas of fog are possible this morning, mainly to the east of Raleigh, followed by mostly sunny skies. Highs will be in the 80s for most areas, cooler along the coast and in the mountains. The vast majority of the state will be dry today; I can't rule out an isolated storm in the mountains.
