Looking at the morning data, we have a disturbance working through that’ll lead to scattered showers this morning across the west, spreading east through the late morning and afternoon. I expect scattered showers and a thunderstorm across the state today; partly sunny skies are expected. Highs today will gradually be cooler in the 80s for most areas, and a weak cold front will slide through, leaving slightly cooler and drier air for the remainder of the week across the state. A few showers could produce heavy rainfall today, and some flooding is possible once again.
